In continuing with our 35+ year focus of working with our customers to provide tools to meet their modern-day challenges, let us show you the Contactless Guest Experience Suite! Designed to improve guest satisfaction and efficiency at the property, RDP’s Contactless Guest Experience allows guests and owners to check-in and check-out via their mobile device.
Guests will receive a customizable HTML confirmation providing a link to Self Check-in. The guest will be able to enter any required or optional information into the reservation comments. the guest can enter vehicle information and update their address and contact information. The guest’s credit card can automatically be authorized or the remaining balance be charged to their credit card.
Your guests will automatically receive a customizable HTML email on the day of departure. The link to Self Check-out will display the reservation summary with balance due, and the guest can use the credit card associated with the reservation or choose to use another credit card. The guest will be emailed a receipt of their charges and payment. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff will be flagged when the guest completes the touchiness check-out. RDP’s Contactless Check-In functionality can also be configured to serve as a Kiosk for guests checking in at the front desk, as well! Allowing guests to go through a similar process with devices set up in the lobby or on the front desk. Ask our team about more details or a demonstration!
RDP works with many key vendors such as Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, Onity, Lockstate, etc. Most key card vendors offer properties many models and options. If you are interested in the ability to send a virtual key to your guest during the check in process, please work with an RDP sales representative to understand your options.
