When RDP standard support is closed during the times above, and also during all holidays listed above, RDP 24 Hour/365 day support is available at an additional charge. There are two options for 24-hour/365-day support:
- Pay-per-call: With “pay-per-call” 24-hour support, each call is priced at $100. If the resolution of the call takes 10 minutes or 10 hours, the fee is only $100. Normally customers sign up for pay-per-call after hours support ahead of time by calling our sales department at 877-779-3717 during normal business hours. However, if you have an emergency support problem after hours you can contact our 24-hour support by calling 970-390-3454 . The $100 billing for the call can be arranged later.
- Unlimited: With the “unlimited” 24-hour support, the customer pays a flat fee each month, rather than $100 per call. For information on unlimited 24-hour support please call RDP Sales during normal business hours at 877-779-3717 . With “unlimited” 24-hour support the calls must still be of an “emergency” nature.
