Reservations – Process Held Deposits

The RDP system allows the Reservations Department to process payments of deposits that have been held according to the reservations policy. A Held Deposit is an advance deposit that is has been held on account for possible future use, as opposed to refunding or forfeiting the funds once a reservation is cancelled. After a specified amount of time, if the deposit not been applied to another reservation, the Held Deposit feature can forfeit the amount.
