Reservations - Guest Folios - Property Management Systems

• Folios can be printed on plain paper or pre-printed forms (see RDPForms).

• Transaction can be marked as "no-print" in order to prevent guests from viewing transactions that were posted in error.

• Package transactions appear as one line on the guest folio.  However, totals are tracked in the general ledger by each component.

• Changes to transactions can be made easily.

• Up to 99 sharewiths per room, each with their own folio.

• Each guest can have 3 different folios (for example, some charges paid by the guest, others paid by the company).
