Reservations are easy to find with several search criteria available on one convenient screen.

 Notes about Searching for Reservations

• Reservations and in-house guests can be found by a wide variety of keys, including guest name, email address, reservation number, confirmation number, arrival date, group, travel agent, etc.  

• The system performance is excellent.  In a database with one million reservations any one can be displayed in less than two seconds!

• Double clicking on any reservation on the screen above allows editing as well as options such as check-in, print folio, etc.
