Reservations - Check-In for Groups

The group check-in program can check-in all group members at one time. Different configuration switches can control whether reservations can be checked in to rooms that are not ready or have a balance due.

Group Member Check-In Notes

When a group member is checked in, any group notes and reservation notes are displayed to the user to make sure that pertinent information is reviewed prior to check-in.  This does not display when an entire group is checked in at once.

Notes about Group Reservations

• The group master record is displayed during the reservation process in order to confirm the correct group information.

• The "pay code" can be changed on a reservation-by-reservation basis.  The "pay code" determines which charges are billed to the group and which charges are the responsibility of the group members.
