Group Member Check-In Notes

When a group member is checked in, any group notes and reservation notes are displayed to the user to make sure that pertinent information is reviewed prior to check-in. This does not display when an entire group is checked in at once.

Notes about Group Reservations

The group master record is displayed during the reservation process in order to confirm the correct group information.
The "pay code" can be changed on a reservation-by-reservation basis. The "pay code" determines which charges are billed to the group leader or master.
