The Availability screen shows room blocks and the number of available rooms for groups and house totals for any given date.
Notes
about Group & Wholesaler Blocking

Group blocks can be made by room
type or by "run-of-the-house" (where 50 rooms are set aside,
regardless of room type).

Blocks can be established for
each group for every day of the year, up to four years in advance.
