Call Accounting Interface - Hospitality Hotel Software Solutions

The RDP Property Management system interfaces with call accounting devices that output call information in HOBIC format over an RS-232C serial link.  The interface automatically posts phone charges to the guest folio with no operator required. Each call is logged and a transaction is created and posted to the folio and general ledger.

Requirements for Call Accounting

• HOBIC output
• interface computer with a serial port
• serial link RDP and your call costing system 

However, new and existing customers should always consult with their telephone vendor technicians to confirm that the call costing software has been purchased prior to the RDP interface installation.

Note:  The call accounting interface computer must be a part of the RDP network.
