Call Accounting Interface

The RDP Property Management system interfaces with call accounting devices that output call information in HOBIC format over an RS-232C serial link. HOBIC output, a bridge computer with a serial port, and a serial link are the only requirements for an interface between RDP and your call costing system.

Note: The call accounting bridge computer must be a part of the RDP network.
