RDPWin and the Internet Reservation Module (IRM) can automatically send e-mails
to all guests, owners, travel agents and groups who make reservations. These
confirmations can be completely customized for the desired information and
appearance. Any system report can be sent via e-mail to a person or group in your address
book. For example, you could e-mail the daily managers report to a group of
ten managers with just one process.
E-mail is one of the most powerful and least expensive marketing tools available
and has been fully incorporated into the core RDP system at no additional charge.

Sample Guest E-mail Confirmation
Guest confirmations can be sent to guests via E-mail, Fax, or printed and sent
US Mail. A sample confirmation appears below. This confirmation can
be easily modified at no charge by the customer using
Crystal Reports and sent in Adobe format
so it cannot be modified by the guest.
RDP can store as many E-mail addresses on a reservation as needed. Confirmations, folios or other information can be sent
to one or all of the E-mails on file for the reservation.

Automatically Send Confirmation with RDPWin E-mail Monitor
The system can automatically send E-mail confirmations when reservations are
made using the RDPWin E-mail Monitor. The confirmations can be in plain test,
Adobe or word format, and can include additional attachments, such as a map to the
property or reservation cancellation policies. Reservations made with ANY
METHOD can all receive the same E-mail automatically, including:

The screen below is used to send mass E-mails to guests. Notice the following:
- E-mails are sent automatically - no additional software is required
- Messages can be typed in, OR an attachment can be sent. For example, a picture
could be attached, or a brochure in Adobe, HTML, or Word format
- E-mails can be sent to all guests, or selected guests. A wide variety
of selections is possible, such as "all guests who stayed in the last 6 months
- The system only shows "valid" E-mails. For example, an E-mail in the wrong
format is not sent
- On most systems 40000 E-mails can be send in less than an hour
- E-mail is free
- Guests can opt out of mass E-mails, which follows the guidelines established
to not be considered a spammer
