RDP provides the ability to communicate with the guest via Smartphone, Tablet, or traditional PC. Over 51% of guests now use their phone when searching for accommodations and RDP’s booking engine makes it easy to find your property and complete the reservations. Guest communication also includes reservation confirmations and texting to guests while on property.

The Mobile Management module allows for better management of the property from any location using a smart device. Summary screens are available along with a wide variety of detailed reports and status screens. Ideal for property owners to keep track of operations while away.
The Mobile Device Module extend the power of RDP’s Front Desk System to allow guest check-in from a mobile device. Check-in guests from anywhere on the property including the guest’s room, eliminating the need for the guest to wait in line at the front desk.
