Occupancy and Revenue by Market Code

The Occupancy and Revenue Reports include the following information:

• The report's header includes totals within the selected date range for rooms, number of nights, maintenance nights, room revenue, occupied count, average daily rate, occupancy percentage, and REVPAR.
• Next, the report includes a graph for the top ten revenue generating codes within the selected revenue category (i.e. - market code).
• Below the graph, the report includes the average daily rate, occupied count, room revenue total, incidental revenue total, tax total, and total charges for EACH code within the selected revenue category.  Drill-down is available within this section.
