Reservations - Unique Rates for Every RoomThe system can manage over 1000 rental units, and each unit can have a different rate for every season. The reservationist can enter the arrival date, departure date, and requested amenities, such as "a two bedroom unit with a view of the ocean and a Jacuzzi". The system then displays the unique rates for each unit number, including additional charges for security deposit, cleaning fees, booking fees, etc. A sample availability screen appears below:
