Reservations - House Status

The House Status is a snapshot of a property's current occupancy status and revenue at a given moment. The House Status is always changing, and therefore it can automatically refresh at a specified interval to ensure accurate, up to the minute occupancy activity.

Notes about the House Status Display

• The top of the screen displays a summary of the number of arrivals, departures, and in-house guests including guest count.
• Each line item on the house status display can be divided into management and groups sub-totals.  If unnecessary, these sub-totals can be suppressed.
• View available rooms for walk-in reservations from the Rooms Left to Sell button.
• Display the detail behind any line item by clicking the appropriate button.
