Notes About the Guest Folio Display

Folios can be printed on plain paper or pre-printed forms (see RDPForms).
Transaction can be marked as "no-print" in order to prevent guests from viewing transactions that were posted in error.
Package transactions appear as one line on the guest folio. However, totals are tracked in the general ledger by each component.
Changes to transactions can be made easily.
Up to 99 sharewiths per room, each with their own folio.
Each guest can have 3 different folios (for example, some charges paid by the guest, others paid by the company).
