Notes about Searching for Reservations

Reservations and in-house guests can be found by a wide variety of keys, including guest name, email address, reservation number, confirmation number, arrival date, group, travel agent, etc.
The system performance is excellent. In a database with one million reservations any one can be displayed in less than two seconds!
Double clicking on any reservation on the screen above allows editing as well as options such as check-in, print folio, etc.
