Res Related Work Orders

Res-related work orders are requested filed against the room number with a reservation number assigned. Guests can be charged for the work, as well as the room owner (if Module R3 is installed) as well as the management company.

Res-related work orders are requested filed against the room number without a reservation number assigned. Guests cannot be charged for the work; however, charges can be applied to the room owner (if Module R3 is installed) as well as the management company.
