Reservations - Add Activity Detail Screen

When configured to display, the Add Activity screen allows the viewing and updating of activity details.  The activity can be repeated for every day of the reservation, including the check-out day; ticket quantities can be updated, extra golf rounds can be added, the number of people covered by each ticket and people billed for each ticket can be updated, the price can be changed or included in a package where appropriate, etc.
