Upgrade to RDPWin 3 and a Two-Way Interface

Customers using RDPWin Version 2 with a one-way interface should consider the following:

  • There are multiple 2-way interface vendors as shown above.  Research and contact the vendors to select the format.
  • Contact the selected GDS provider to notify them of your using the RDPWin two-way interface and whether or not  you will only be doing reservation retrieval. Some GDS providers require a change in contract when upgrading from a one-way to a two-way interface.
  • Once the GDS provider has been notified and contracts have been signed, the GDS providers installation coordinator will contact the customer and RDP for scheduling of the installation.

System requirements for running a two-way interface are

  1. Current version of RDPWin3
  2. Most current version of IRM.Net, if applicable.  Using RDP-DOS or IRM Classic is not allowed with a two-way interface.
  3. High speed internet connection.

For more information or pricing on Two-Way GDS interfaces, please contact RDP.
