Link external documents or pictures for each owner, room, group, travel agent, or vendor from the RDP system. This information is supplemental to the data that can already be stored on each account. The External Documents and Pictures Module helps your staff provide exceptional service to your guests, owners, groups, and vendors.

Include a picture of each unit owner so the staff is able to recognize them upon arrival
Link to each group's sales and catering contract
Display activity vendor information such as what activities or services they provide, hours of operation, and pricing

Most file types are supported including Word, Excel, JPEG, GIF, HTML, and many more.
