iHotelier and Travel Click Interface - Hospitality Software System Solutions

RDP is pleased to announce a new two way interface to the Global Distribution System [GDS] via the iHotelier/TravelClick suite of products and services.  If are already a customer of both RDP and iHotelier, this interface eases the process of gaining more reservations by

1. Automatic availability interface between RDP and iHotelier/Travelclick.
2. Automatic loading of reservations booked by Hotelier/Travelclick.into the RDP system.
3. Automatic rate interface between RDP and Hotelier/Travelclick.

If you are not currently an Hotelier/Travelclick. customer, please visit their website to learn more about their products and services.  Some of the ways they can help you book more reservations include:

• Distribution of your inventory to online travel agents such as: Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc.
• Interface with Central Reservations in these destinations.
• Use of their website booking engine.
• Distribution of your inventory to traditional travel agents.
• Internet Marketing and Consulting Services.

Why Use the iHotelier / TravelClick  Interface?

1. Make more money by having true 'last room availability' open to the iHotelier / Travel Click distribution channels. Or manage an iHotelier room block within the RDP Software.
2. Reduce manual labor by having reservations made via the iHotelier system load automatically into the RDP software.
3. Manage GDS cut-offs from within RDP to close out busy dates or holiday periods on the GDS.

Implement iHotelier

1. Sign a contract with iHotelier for their GDS services. iHotelier charges a set up fee, monthly fee, and a per reservation fee for their services.  Please contact iHotelier to learn more about pricing.
2. Update to the latest version of RDPWin 2.x or 3.x.
3. The interface uses RDPWin Monitor to communicate and does not have any special hardware requirements. However, the property must have high speed internet access, but the only machine that needs this access is the machine running the RDPWin Monitor.
4. The only other requirement for all two-way interfaces is the property must not be using RDP-DOS or the IRM Classic for reservations.
5. Purchase the iHotelier interface from RDP: $5,000 plus an additional $750/year in support.
6. Contact your iHotelier Account Manager to begin the process of interfacing with RDP.
