Wireless Internet Access & Guest Billing Interface

RDP has partnered with Peacey Systems to provide turnkey solutions for wireless access and billing.  Charges for Internet access can charged to a credit card or posted to the guest folio automatically with the RDP-Wireless Internet Access Interface. 

High speed Internet access has gone from a "nice benefit" to a "requirement" for most business guests.  The question is not if a property should deploy high speed Internet Access, but how to do it in a cost-effective and profitable manner.  Features include:

·         Guest In-Room Internet with wired or wireless connection. 

·         Guests and others can connect to the Internet via wireless from anywhere in the property. 

·         Non-guests can be charged using a credit card or national wireless account.

·         Peacey Systems can provide all equipment and installation.

·         The RDP-wireless Interface can post access charges to the guest folio automatically.

·         Guests can review folios using the in-room televisions.

Crystal Reports  

Crystal Reports brings the power of Windows reporting to the RDP system. Over 200 new reports and confirmations are included with the system, with more on the way. Crystal Reports allows the use of graphics, colors, underlining, and varied font capabilities, which improves the look of all guest correspondence.  Crystal Reports is manufactured by Crystal Decisions.

PCI Complaint Credit Card Interface - Evalon

RDP software is fully PCI credit card compliant - see the "PCI Security Standards Council list of Validates Payment Applications.   RDP customers have relationships with more than a dozen credit card processors, each with unique interface specifications.  To seamlessly integrate with credit card processors, RDP uses a "middleware"™ product, Protobase, developed by Evalon (formerly Southern DataComm - SDC).  As individual credit card processors change rules or procedures, Evalon makes the required changes and the RDP interface remains the same.
