Support Hours, Holidays and 24-Hour Support Options

The RDP support hours are listed below along with the RDP holidays.  RDP support responds to telephone and web ticket requests during these hours.  The support phone number during standard business hours is 970-845-7108.  Support can also be requested using our web customer portal.  See How to open a web support ticket.

After Hours:  RDP offers optional 24-hour/365 day support during non-standard hours. One after hours options is a non-refundable $500 deposit with each after hours call charged at $100.  Alternatively, an unlimited 24-hour emergency call support policy can be purchased for $800/month.  The after hours support number is 970-390-3454.

If your property does not have after hours support, you may purchase this service at any time.  During normal business hours, please call RDP Sales using our direct numbers.  After hours, call the 24-hour support number at 970-390-3454.  However, please note that when contacting after hours support for the first time, a fee of $500 will be charged.  At the end of the first call, the 24-hour support balance will be $400, which is the $500 deposit minus $100 for the first call.
