RDP Referral Program

Many RDP new sales are a direct result of referrals. We greatly appreciate this business and have developed a referral program. RDP pays a 10% "finders fee" for any referral that turns into a sale directly to the person who makes the referral. With an average software price of $40,000, this can result in a $4,000 commission, or more. If you know of a hotel, resort, Vacation Rental Manager, Condo-hotel or campground looking for software, please let us know by calling RDP Sales at 970-845-1140 or send us an e-mail to RDPEmail1@resortdata.com. RDP pays the referral fee after installation of the software, not on order, as the customer may cancel installation. The 10% is calculated on all software sold, but not reimbursable expenses, such as airplane tickets.

Please note the difference between a "reference" and a "referral." To be a referral, the prospect must be a new property that RDP has not previously contacted. If you refer a new prospect to RDP, and we eventually sell them a system, RDP will pay a 10% referral fee. You do not have to be an RDP customer to collect a referral fee. RDP accepts referrals from our installed base and other outside contacts.

A reference occurs when a prospect that RDP is already working on talks with one or more existing customers about the system. This prospect may call five or more RDP customers to gather information. In these cases, your help is critical and greatly appreciated, but it is impossible to pay a 10% commission to each reference.
