The Central Reservations system allows your reservationist to conduct availability searches at one, multiple properties or all properties. Each property using the system accesses their own database located on site or at a central location. With the system and a central reservations operator, your staff becomes more efficient and service focused. Reservationists can search availability for one resort or all resorts based on the selected criteria. With real-time updates, there is true “last room availability”.
The Central Reservation system can be used in conjunction with
RDP’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module to better service your customers. Track all contacts with your customers to further guest service and marketing efforts.
This system can also be used with RDP’s Internet Reservations Module (IRM) and one bridge server will access multiple systems. All of your audiences – guests, travel agents, wholesalers and owners can access the system via the internet.
