Support Hours, Holidays, and 24-Hour Support Options

RDP support is open from 7AM to 6PM (mountain time zone) Monday through Friday, except for the holidays listed below. RDP support closes at 3PM on Wednesdays for internal training. The support phone number during business hours is 970- 845-7108.

After Hours: RDP offers optional 24-hour/365 day after-hours support to cover all non-business hours. You can elect a per incident charge of $100 for each after hours call. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to activate this service. Alternatively you may purchase unlimited 24-hour emergency calls for an additional $800/month. The after-hours support number is 970-390-3454.

If your property does not have after-hours support, you may purchase this service at any time. During normal business hours, please call RDP Sales using our direct numbers. After hours, call the 24-hour support number at 970-390-3454. However, please note that when contacting after-hours support for the first time you will be charged a $500 fee. At the end of the first call, your 24-hour support balance will be $400. (The $500 fee covers purchasing the "per incident" service minus $100 for the first phone call.)
